If you don't know what your video ID or share URL is, you might be able to find it again on List Spy, which lists the last 100 user submitted playlists. However, if it's not there - unless you can find your playlist ID, which is the part in the URL after the ?, your video is lost. You'll have to recreate it. If you do, please bookmark the code page, and that way you wont lose it again.
